Flight rules
The ground rules for every project.
- A 50% deposit starts the work. The balance is due at handoff.
- Prices on this page are estimates. Your written quote sets the final price and scope.
- Scope changes are quoted in writing before any work on them begins.
- Final files are handed off once the project is paid in full.
- A revision round means one set of combined feedback, sent together.
- Extra revision rounds are billed hourly at the rate in your quote.
- The timeline starts when the deposit and your content are both in.
- You own your domain and hosting accounts. I never need your passwords.
